About the Role
Leapfrog Technology is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design interfaces for web and mobile applications used by clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing and incorporate feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and clients
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tools
- Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Knowledge of user research methodologies
- Strong eye for typography, color and visual hierarchy
